A day in your life as a BWS Team Member

  • Engage with customers by sharing your passion for our products and creating memorable moments
  • Promote BWS loyalty programs by informing customers about benefits and product offerings
  • Ensure shelves are stocked with a variety of products for customers to choose from
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment for customers and teammates
  • Uphold responsible service of alcohol guidelines
  • Be yourself and shine in your role — BWS encourages authenticity

About you

  • You enjoy confidently and authentically engaging with customers to provide an exceptional experience
  • You have good availability across days, evenings, and weekends
  • You can work independently and as part of a team
  • You are interested in learning and expanding your product knowledge
  • You are eager to grow your career within a business that values big dreams
  • You're active and don't mind increasing your daily step count
  • You want to make a positive impact and leave your mark in any role you undertake
