Job Description
  • Develop and execute internal communication plans to support organisational objectives.
  • Create and distribute engaging content across various communication channels.
  • Collaborate with leadership teams to ensure consistent messaging across the organisation.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communication strategies and recommend improvements.
  • Support change management initiatives through tailored communication efforts.
  • Maintain and manage the organisation\'s intranet platform.
  • Provide advice and guidance on best practices in employee communications.
  • Ensure all communications align with the organisation\'s branding and tone.
The Successful Applicant
  • A strong background in internal communications, preferably within the public sector.
  • End to end publication experience.
  • Proven ability to create engaging and effective communication materials.
  • Experience working with content management systems and digital platforms.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities.
  • The ability to collaborate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • A proactive and detail-oriented approach to work.
