About the role
Are you an experienced hairdresser looking to take the next step in your career? HAIRZOOM', a leading salon in Brisbane, is seeking a talented Senior Hairdresser to join their dynamic team. As a Senior Hairdresser, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional haircare and styling services to our loyal client base. This is a full-time position based in our centrally located salon in Brisbane CBD.
What you'll be doing
Providing high-quality haircuts, colouring, and styling services to clients
Advising clients on the latest hair trends and products to achieve their desired look
Maintaining a clean and organised work area to ensure a professional environment
Actively participating in team meetings and contributing to the salon's growth and development
Ensuring all services are performed to the highest standards and in compliance with health and safety regulations
What we're looking for
A minimum of 5 years' experience as a qualified hairdresser in a salon environment
Excellent technical skills in cutting, colouring, and styling hair
Strong communication and customer service skills to build lasting relationships with clients
A passion for the latest hair trends and a commitment to ongoing professional development
Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organised work space
