On behalf of our client, we're seeking an experienced Senior HR Advisor to join a globally backed organisation during an exciting period of growth and operational transformation.
This is a rare opportunity to take on a broad, end-to-end HR position where you'll be trusted to manage the full employee lifecycle, partner with leaders on people matters, and contribute to key business initiatives while working as a highly valued member of the wider HR function.
Description
As the standalone HR representative in WA, you'll be responsible for delivering hands-on HR support across the full employee lifecycle, including:
- Employee relations and performance matters
- Recruitment support and onboarding
- Contracts and HR administration
- Policy implementation and compliance
- HRIS and process management
- Payroll coordination with an external provider
- Supporting change and integration initiatives
- Coaching and supporting leaders across the business
Profile
We're looking for a confident and commercially minded HR professional who can operate independently and build strong relationships across the organisation.
You’ll ideally bring:
- 5+ years' HR Generalist experience
- Strong end-to-end HR operations capability
- Experience managing ER matters and investigations
- Sound knowledge of Fair Work legislation and Award interpretation
- Exposure to payroll processes or payroll coordination
- The ability to work autonomously and confidently support leaders
