Your role:

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Service Technician to join our Spray service network. In this dynamic role, you will manage the servicing, maintenance, warranty, and repairs of airless spray equipment. You will also assist both our store and external sales teams, providing valuable technical advice on machines and spare parts. If you have a strong work ethic, a passion for customer service, and a solid mechanical aptitude, this role is the perfect fit for you.

This fast-paced, hands-on position offers the chance to work with a range of equipment while also providing training opportunities to develop your skills further. You don't need painting experience – we're prioritizing mechanical aptitude, and we're more than happy to teach you the ins and outs of pumping equipment. If you've worked with repairing lawnmowers, pumps, or similar machinery, we want to hear from you. Join our team, and you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional service while developing both technical and customer-facing skills.

Skills & Experience

  • Strong mechanical aptitude with experience in troubleshooting and diagnosing small engines, electrical, or pumping equipment.
  • Proven ability to work independently, make decisions on the fly, and manage tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building lasting relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Prior experience as a Service Technician or similar role, with a solid understanding of equipment maintenance and repair.
  • A positive, self-motivated attitude with a focus on delivering high-quality service and continuous improvement.
