About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Casual Sales Assistant to join the team at Sheridan Chatswood David Jones.

  • This is a casual role — ability to work weekends, weekdays, and peak times (public holidays, sale periods) is essential. Provide exceptional customer service through meaningful interactions with Sheridan customers.

  • Selling of premium products with the ability to highlight features, benefits, and care instructions.

  • Ensure all stock is merchandised and presented to a high standard.

  • Process and replenish stock according to company standards.

  • Achieve sales and KPIs through consultation, service, visuals, and brand inspiration.
