ADDETTO/A DATA ENTRY

Siamo alla ricerca di Un/a Data Entry motivato/a con pregressa esperienza maturata presso realtà specializzate nella logistica e trasporti su gomma. Cerchiamo una persona precisa, affidabile, qualificata e motivata da inserire all'interno dell'azienda cliente.

La figura ricercata si occuperà dell'inserimento, della verifica e dell'aggiornamento di dati all'interno di sistemi informatici e database aziendali. È un ruolo fondamentale in molteplici settori, poiché garantisce l'accuratezza e l'organizzazione delle informazioni, basi essenziali per le operazioni aziendali.

Responsabilità

  • Inserimento dati in sistemi gestionali e database aziendali con precisione e velocità;
  • Verifica e controllo dell'accuratezza dei dati inseriti, identificando e correggendo eventuali errori;
  • Organizzazione e archiviazione di documenti (fisici e digitali);
  • Aggiornamento di anagrafiche, tabelle e report;
  • Supporto alle attività d'ufficio e amministrative.

Requisiti
  • Diploma di scuola superiore;
  • Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office, in particolare Excel;
  • Buona padronanza dei sistemi informatici e dei gestionali aziendali (la conoscenza specifica di un WMS o ERP come Zucchetti Ad Hoc o Concept è un plus);
  • Velocità di battitura e accuratezza nell'inserimento dati;
  • Forte attenzione ai dettagli e precisione;
  • Capacità organizzative e di gestione delle priorità;
  • Flessibilità e proattività;
  • Verrà considerato un plus una pregressa esperienza, anche breve, in mansioni simili.
