Join our team as a Personal Assistant, where you'll play a key role in supporting our Partners by expertly managing their schedules and ensuring their days run seamlessly.

What you'll do
  • Diary and Schedule Management : Coordinate and maintain Partners' calendars, arranging appointments, and meetings, to optimise their time.
  • Task Prioritisation and Organisation : Anticipate needs, manage competing priorities, and ensure tasks and deadlines are met efficiently.
  • Communication Management : Act as a point of contact for clients, handling correspondence, emails, and calls with discretion and professionalism.
  • Administrative Support : Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as needed, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
What you'll bring
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role.
  • Strong ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with a range of stakeholders.
  • Strong experience with a wide variety of software and technology.
  • Experience in an Accounting practice or other professional services environment will be highly regarded.
