About the role

We are looking for an amazing 'All Rounder' to join the team and take our Bendigo Holiday Park to the next level. This is a permanent part-time position with a minimum of 40 hours per fortnight (with extra work available over the busy periods). The position requires the applicant to live on-site in the caretaker's residence and would include being on call and locking common areas and work sheds Sunday to Thursday evenings.

The role requires availability to work 1-2 weekends per month for a minimum of 4 hours per day in either a grounds or night duties role (with the ability to do extra paid night duty shifts over the school holidays and other busy periods).

You will be responsible for ensuring the park and facilities are both looking well maintained and everything is in working order.

We are looking for somebody with

Experience within the hospitality/tourism industry

A great attitude

The ability to work in a genuine all rounder position - across grounds and maintenance, housekeeping and on-call duties

The ability to assist our guests after hours and undertaking on-call

About the Residence

The newly renovated on-site residence is a 3 Bedroom 1 Bathroom (with second separate toilet) house. With 2 spacious living areas and a secure private yard. The weekly rent is covered by the nighty on call fee and is inclusive of all bills.
