Join a litigation team on a significant global platform aligned with a Partner that is focused a range of activity including complex Directors and Officers, recovery actions, misleading and deceptive conduct and excellent Lloyds market activity pertaining to the global resources sector including significant matters here in Western Australia and also aligned with the State government.

This team handles some of the most significant and high-value disputes in the region, including matters in the energy, financial services, resources, and public sector spheres.

You'll contribute to large-scale litigation involving catastrophic loss events, commercial recoveries, regulatory disputes, and cross-border insurance claims, often acting for insurers, corporates, and government bodies.

However, first and foremost this is a true team environment with an integrated group of lawyers with great Senior mentors in place and graduate team support. There is also an authentic and intricate Learning and Development practice on offer that is in place to support lawyer development globally.

This role suits a lawyer looking to work on strategic, high-value disputes, supported by senior practitioners with a strong history of mentoring and developing litigation talent.

About You:

2-4 years PQE with experience in commercial litigation
Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or Juris Doctor (JD) with a strong academic background.
Confident and adaptable, with the ability to take instruction and act independently at level.
A motivated litigator who enjoys the execution of well thought out strategy in sophisticated litigation
