What does a Graduate Civil Engineer in Community Development do?

Your daily tasks may include:

  • Collaborating with engineers, designers, and project managers to deliver quality projects.
  • Participating in client, consultant, and contractor meetings for effective project coordination.
  • Completing design calculations and records within time and budget constraints.
  • Gaining experience through site inspections and construction contracts.
  • Using industry-standard software like AutoCAD and Civil 3D for engineering plans.
  • Contributing to reports and engineering documentation.
  • Conducting site visits to monitor construction activities.
About You

You should have:

  • A Civil Engineering degree and demonstrate passion for the field.
  • A commitment to improving the world, addressing environmental challenges, and providing solutions for future generations.
  • Leadership qualities, a drive to succeed, and a willingness to learn and grow.
  • Eligibility as a recent graduate or final-year student, with 1-2 years of experience preferred.
