Director - HR Business Partner, HR Strategy and HR Support

HR leaders are responsible for managing complex issues and providing expert advice and solutions, with a focus on driving continuous improvement to HR service delivery.
The HR Divisions are made up of the Workforce Capability and Wellbeing and HR Support Divisions.
The Workforce Capability Division is responsible for workforce strategy, learning, diversity, and enterprise-wide solutions that focus on building organisational capability. The Wellbeing and HR Support Division is responsible for providing services that focus on achieving organisational and employee wellbeing and providing operational HR support services.
Director – HR Business Partner focuses on building and maintaining relationships with client business leaders to support the development of their business priorities. They undertake workforce analysis and work with business leaders by brokering targeted, contemporary, professional people-based solutions, systems, and services.
Director – HR Strategy drives the development and implementation of HR strategies, outcomes, policies, and programs in line with legislative requirements to achieve business outcomes. They build strong relationships with stakeholders and drive teams to ensure high-quality delivery and improvement of a range of HR strategies, programs, or projects.
Director – HR Support supports a multi-disciplinary team to ensure high-quality delivery and improvement of a range of HR programs, policies, and services for the agency including but not limited to; employment conditions, pay and allowances, recruitment, performance management, learning and development, rostering, and work health and safety.
