Are you an experienced MPU Operator ready to take on a fixed-term project with excellent pay and conditions?

True Resources is now looking for skilled individuals to join us for a 9-month gold-site project commencing in the second week of September. With a consistent 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off roster, covered flights, and a well-appointed camp, you'll be part of a team delivering excellence in drill and blast operations.

We work with some of the biggest names in mining — and we're looking for operators who share our commitment to safety, precision, and teamwork.

Here's What You Can Expect

Once on site, you will:

• Safely operate the Mobile Processing Unit to load, mix, and deliver bulk explosives
• Record accurate hole-by-hole mixing and loading data
• Work closely with blast crews, shotfirers, and site supervisors
• Conduct daily pre-start checks and routine maintenance on the MPU
• Follow strict safety, environmental, and operational protocols
  
  

What we're looking for:

• Proven MPU operating experience (essential)
• Dangerous Goods Security Card (DGSC)
• Dangerous Goods Drivers Licence (DGDL) and HR Licence (desirable)
• Full Australian working rights (Citizenship / Permanent Residency)
• Ability to pass pre-employment medical & drug/alcohol screening
• Clean National Police Clearance (within 3 months)
• Strong safety mindset and attention to detail
  
  

You'll stand out if you have:

• Previous gold mining or blast crew experience
• Additional high-risk or industry tickets
• A positive attitude and proven teamwork skills
  
  

To be successful, you must:

• Be based in Darwin or Adelaide
• Hold the required licences and certifications
• Be physically fit for the demands of site work
