Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a General Practitioner at Weston Creek Family Medicine. The General Practitioner will be responsible for providing primary care services, developing patient care plans, managing chronic illnesses, performing routine check-ups, and preventive health services. The role also involves participating in continuing education to stay updated with current medical practices and trends.
Qualifications- FRACGP or ACCRAM
