Perched on Level 12 of Hyatt Regency Sydney, Zephyr is an outdoor rooftop bar with unrivalled views of Darling Harbour. Specialising in signature cocktails and holding one of Sydney's most extensive spirit lists, Zephyr Sky Bar is proud to be Sydney's favourite rooftop bar, awarded Hotel Bar of the Year in 2020, 2021 and 2022.

Zephyr is getting ready for Summer and has some upcoming casual vacancies for the following positions:

Food And Beverage Attendant

Our Ideal Candidate will possess:

  • An ability to thrive under pressure and work in a high paced environment
  • Previous bar and floor experience in a similar environment
  • Strong knowledge on classic and signature cocktails
  • Ability to provide professional customer service-friendly personality
  • Excellent presentation and grooming
  • Proven ability to work autonomously
  • Full working rights in Australia
  • Must be available to work on a flexible, rotating roster, including nights and weekends.
