What You'll Do
  • Assess client needs and goals.
  • Create therapy plans based on evidence and best practice.
  • Deliver supports in homes, schools, and community settings.
  • Write clear reports aligned with NDIS guidelines.
  • Collaborate with clients, families, and your multidisciplinary team.
  • Manage your own schedule with flexibility and autonomy.
What You'll Bring
  • Located in Cairns.
  • Full AHPRA registration (limited registration may be considered).
  • Driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
  • WWCC, Police Check, NDIS Worker Check (or willingness to obtain).
  • NDIS experience is a bonus—but not essential.
  • A warm, client-focused approach and a love for community work.
