The ROLE
  • Empower your team through inspiring communication and leadership
  • Utilise your commercial acumen and strong strategic planning skills to drive your team to achieve budgets and KPIs
  • Build a culture centered around understanding your community, utilising customer feedback in decision making
  • Act as a role model and a visionary, creating excitement around team development, business initiatives, and customer experience
  • Make the best use of resources and support to grow as a leader and develop your team through training and development
