About The Role

We are looking for a Real Estate Sales Support Officer to join the growing team on a permanent, Full Time basis. As a Sales Support Officer, you will provide direct support to a leading sales representative, assisting in building client relationships and supporting the sales process.

Responsibilities

  • Providing administrative support to a sales representative
  • End-to-end sales administration
  • Preparing documentation such as advertising, appraisals, and contracts
  • Recording marketing expenses, deposits, and commissions
  • Creating promotional materials
  • Liaising with clients and external parties
  • Managing databases
  • Supporting marketing and community engagement activities

About You
