About the Role:

We're looking for a fluent Japanese speaker based in Sydney to join our team, focusing on the Japan market. You'll connect with decision-makers, qualify leads, and tee up meetings for major tech companies expanding into Japan.

This is also a pathway into our Catch and Release program, a unique opportunity where top performers are mentored, showcased to clients, and transitioned directly into client-side roles.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Call and qualify Japanese prospects using provided leads and databases
• Book discovery meetings between prospects and our clients
• Work Monday to Friday, aligned with Japan business hours (9am–5pm JST)
• Join client briefings, contribute to training, and keep CRM systems up to date
