As a Concession Manager, you will be responsible for delivering the concession store's financial targets and key performance indicators, focusing heavily on creating a warm and genuine customer service experience. This role will also involve building a team that is empowered to exceed expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Drive a customer-centric culture, creating a warm and meaningful in-store experience
• Drive sales, profit, and productivity by ensuring the achievement of all key performance indicators set by the business
• Ensure the team understands all business objectives, with a clear focus on commercial acumen
• Inspire and empower your team through collaborative leadership, training, and development
• Work collaboratively with other Concession, Floor Managers, and Cluster Managers
• Embodies our key cultural values of Customer Obsessed, Collaborative, Inspirational, Responsible, and Dedicated To Quality

Attributes you possess

• A passion for the retail industry, exceptional service, and a strong sense of personal style and presentation
• Proven experience managing a fast-paced retail, hospitality, or similar business
• Ability to manage budgets, interpret financial reports, and generate efficient rosters
• Experience managing the performance, productivity, training, and development of a large team
• Operational excellence, with experience in stock control and visual merchandising
• Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business
