Overview

Sirv is hiring Disability Support Specialists to provide support to individuals with disabilities under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). This role involves working with clients, their families, and a multidisciplinary team to deliver personalized, goal-oriented services. The position focuses on assisting with daily living tasks, promoting community participation, and fostering a supportive and inclusive environment. Responsibilities
  • Provide support to individuals with disabilities under the NDIS, including complex care and high-needs participants.
  • Work collaboratively with clients, their families, and a multidisciplinary team to ensure personalized, goal-oriented services.
  • Assist with daily living tasks and promote community participation.
  • Contribute to a supportive and inclusive environment and uphold high standards of care.
Qualifications
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check / First aid and CPR certificate
  • Driver's license, reliable transport, and comprehensive insurance
  • Certificate III or 1+ years of paid experience
  • Valid rights to work in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate, etc.)
