About this team

Under the supervision and direction of the Operations Manager and the Warehouse Operations Supervisor, the Warehouse Associate will provide a supporting role to the Distribution Centre operations in respect to picking, packing, counting, receiving, shipping and restocking of inventory.

A Day in the life:

• You will report to the Distribution Centre Warehouse Operations Supervisor
• You pick, pack and ship orders in a timely manner as assigned by management
• You meet or exceed engineered metrics within each department i.e. units picked per hour
• You are capable of adapting to third party technologies (RF Guns and Voice Picking)
• You support and perform audits during inventory counts
• You encourage and maintain a safe work environment
• You will be responsible for basic operation of computer systems and stock counters
• You encourage and foster a spirit of personal development and entrepreneurship
• You keep the warehouse neat and organized at all times, and adhere to warehouse floor policies and safety measures
• You are adaptable to a busy, noisy and occasionally hot/cold environment
• You occasionally lift product or boxes up to 20kgs
• You complete other duties as assigned by Management

• You have strong organizational, prioritising, problem solving and counting skills
