As a Senior Business Analyst, you'll lead end-to-end business analysis and stakeholder engagement across complex transformation programs. This role is pivotal in shaping solutions that drive measurable outcomes and align with our strategic goals.

Responsibilities
  • Lead stakeholder engagement to define measurable benefits and quality outcomes.
  • Elicit and document business, stakeholder, and solution requirements using advanced facilitation and analytical techniques.
  • Analyse, elicit, and document business processes in line with the Enterprise process standards.
  • Translate business needs into technical solutions, including system and data requirements.
  • Maintain ownership of requirements throughout the delivery lifecycle to ensure successful implementation.
  • Collaborate across business and IT to coordinate complex work and manage communication channels.
  • Conduct feasibility assessments and ensure compatibility of new solutions with existing systems.
  • Perform detailed data analysis and mapping to support solution design.
  • Ensure compliance with legislative and organisational processes.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT, or equivalent experience.
  • Extensive experience in business analysis within complex transformation projects.
  • Prior experience in financial services organisations (knowledge of investment operations and superannuation would be beneficial).
  • Experience in using formal modelling techniques to document business processes (e.g. BPMN, APQC).
  • Strong facilitation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage analysis work schedules and deliver under tight timeframes.
  • Technical knowledge of modern business systems and project methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
  • Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, ARIS, and MS Visio.
