About the role

This role is responsible for delivering business analysis activities to support their implementation across multiple facilities. Key responsibilities include identifying and documenting business processes, system requirements, and functional specifications to support development, testing, and rollout. The position works closely with clinical and technical stakeholders to ensure the solution aligns with project goals and meets business needs within a complex digital environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Analyse and document current and future state business processes to support the design and implementation of the information system solution.
  • Develop clear and detailed functional specifications that effectively translate business requirements into system design.
  • Design and document test scripts to ensure the solution aligns with business needs and performs as expected during implementation.
  • Engage and consult with a broad range of stakeholders, including clinical, non-clinical and technical teams, to gather requirements and support change adoption.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships to promote collaboration and ensure alignment between business needs and system functionality.

Skills and Experience

  • Business Analysis Delivery – Experience across requirements gathering, process mapping (BPMN), functional specs, and testing—ideally in health or clinical settings.
  • Stakeholder Engagement – Strong consultation and communication skills with clinical, technical, and vendor stakeholders.
  • Technical Documentation – Proven ability to produce clear, detailed BA documents including specs, test scripts, and process flows.
  • Healthcare System Knowledge – ieMR or similar system experience highly regarded, with an understanding of clinical workflows.
  • BA Frameworks & Methodologies – Knowledge of BABOK-aligned practices and familiarity with Agile or PRINCE2 environments.
  • ASAP start - Initial contract for 6 months with possible extensions
  • Flexible hybrid working arrangements
  • Health experience required
