About You

You're a compassionate and energetic person who thrives on making a difference You bring a positive attitude, a team spirit, and a genuine passion for supporting people with disability. Your ability to communicate, engage, and build strong relationships makes you an ideal fit.

About The Role

Access to qualifications & leadership training if needed

You'll be part of a team of three people, that supports three houses in Maroubra and Concord

Support clients with complex needs (experience highly valued)

Coordinate day-to-day team tasks and client supports

Coach and mentor frontline staff

Build strong relationships with clients, families, and your team

Use systems to manage rosters, reporting, and documentation

What You'll Bring

Experience as a Support Worker or in a similar people-focused role

Leadership or coordination experience (formal or informal)

Great communication and relationship skills

Systems savvy – confident with digital tools and platforms

A Diploma in Community Services or Leadership is great but not essential
