About the Role

Bower's Heavy Haulage is looking for an experienced HC driver to join our team in a full-time position at the Singleton branch. You will be responsible for transporting freight to and from mine sites locally in the Hunter Valley, with the potential for interstate work when available.

Tasks and Responsibilities

  1. Transporting freight in a safe and efficient manner to and from sites.
  2. Ensuring all freight is restrained correctly and safely.
  3. Commitment to creating a safe work environment.
  4. Diligence to ensure all paperwork is completed correctly.

Skills and Experience Required

  1. Current HC Driver's Licence.
  2. HC driving experience.
  3. Willingness to complete Order 43 Medical and mine site inductions.
  4. Experience in using load restraints.
  5. Great communication, organisational, and self-management skills.
  6. Willingness to comply with company policies and procedures.
  7. Willingness to work together as a team and follow directives.
