The Role

As a Pharmacy Assistant, you'll help us deliver exceptional customer care by:

  • Providing outstanding customer service and advice on health and beauty products.
  • Assisting customers with prescription submissions to pharmacists.
  • Operating the point of sale and handling cash transactions.
  • Keeping the store clean, organized, and welcoming.
  • Promoting current sales and product offerings.

Availability required on Mondays and Fridays.

About You

We're looking for someone enthusiastic, customer-focused, and ready to make a difference. Experience in pharmacy or retail is preferred but not essential. You should have:

  • A friendly, engaging personality with a passion for customer service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional presentation and a customer-first attitude.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Bonus Points If You Have

  • A Certificate in Community Pharmacy (I-IV).
  • Experience with MINFOS or FRED dispensing systems.
