Road Maintenance Worker HR

  • Immediate start
  • Hastings VIC
  • Monday to Friday | Day Shift
  • 43.79 / hour + penalties

What You Will Be Doing

  • Performing general road maintenance, asphalt patching, and repairs
  • Operating machinery including bobcat, roller, and skid steer
  • Assisting with traffic management and site safety requirements
  • Working collaboratively with a small crew to complete daily works
  • Following all OH&S policies and procedures

What Will You Need?

  • HR licence (essential)
  • Previous experience in road maintenance or asphalt works (desirable)
  • Experience operating bobcat, roller, and skid steer
  • Ability to work safely and effectively within a team
  • Must have reliable transport
