Securecorp is excited to offer outstanding opportunities for motivated Full-Time, Part-Time Control Room operators and Security Officers to join our team, delivering exceptional customer service and emergency response across our retail sites in Penrith. We are also seeking experienced relief officers who can commit to 2 midweek shifts per week.

Opportunities Available

  • Full-Time and Part-Time permanent positions.
  • Relief Officer roles, providing flexibility with the potential to work up to full-time hours.
  • Relief Officers will be trained across multiple sites, with priority given to locations near their residence wherever possible, offering additional benefits such as higher pay rates and weekly allowances.

Please note: If you are applying for a Relief Officer position, you will be paid an enhanced award rate along with a weekly Reliever Allowance. Relief Officers are expected to work across multiple sites, delivering top-tier support to our clients and customers.

Your Responsibilities Will Include
  • Providing high-level security and outstanding customer service.
  • Guarding, patrolling, monitoring, and managing site access and control systems.
  • Responding professionally to emergencies, alarms, and calls for assistance.
  • Assessing and mitigating security risks.
  • Completing detailed incident reports and maintaining accurate data logs.

Pay Rates & Availability
  • You will be offered a guaranteed part-time or full-time contract as a Security Officer, with the option for additional overtime, if available.
  • Relief Officers must be available for a minimum of 2-4 day per fortnight.
  • Award rates (Security Services Industry Award Level 2–5) plus loadings, penalties, and superannuation.

Additional Allowances

Weekly Reliever Allowance: $45.09 – if applicable

First Aid Allowance: $7.33 per shift / maximum of $36.46 per week

Example Pay Rates

Saturday: up to $44.69 per hour

Sunday & Overtime: up to $59.58 per hour

Public Holidays: up to $74.48 per hour

Based on a level 5 pay rates – site specific pay rates will vary.

What You'll Need
  • A current NSW Security Licence (with Crowd Controller component).
  • Current First Aid & CPR certification.
  • Strong customer service skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
