What You'll Do
  • Lead inclusive employment programs and commercial operations across multiple sites
  • Ensure compliance with safeguarding frameworks, disability employment standards, and contractual obligations
  • Drive financial performance through effective management of sales, NDIS funding, and operational budgets
  • Represent Endeavour Foundation at government and industry forums
  • Oversee risk management, quality assurance, and continuous improvement initiatives
What You'll Bring
  • Extensive leadership experience in disability, supported employment, or commercial operations
  • Knowledge of disability employment standards, safeguarding frameworks, and NDIS
  • Experience in packaging, recycling, manufacturing, or similar industrial sectors is desirable
  • Ability to coach and support individuals with disability, including those with complex behaviours
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, strategic planning, and risk management skills
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field and certifications in disability services or leadership are advantageous
