The Opportunity

We're seeking a driven and experienced residential sales agent (minimum 12 months in the industry) who wants to take their career to the next level. This is a commission-only or contractor-based role, with a generous and negotiable commission split to reward high performers.

What You Bring :

  • A minimum of 12 months of experience in residential real estate sales
  • A current QLD real estate certificate of registration or full license
  • Hunger to grow and achieve
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • A team-first attitude and willingness to build long-term relationships
  • Self-motivation and drive to succeed in a commission-only structure
