Lex Leisure is a Community Interest Company (CIC) established to build upon the legacy of successful Paralympic Games in London and Rio, the Invictus Games, and other sporting events that inspire persons with physical, mental, or health-related inequalities to be physically active.

Reporting to the Sales and Marketing Manager, the role of a Sales Advisor is to promote and increase membership sales within the Centre, communicate directly with customers to build stronger relationships, and actively seek out new business opportunities. The Sales Advisor will also assist with administrative duties within the department.

We are looking for someone who is flexible, reliable, has good communication skills, and enjoys working as part of a team. The role involves working 27 hours per week on a shift rota. Applicants should have experience in a customer service or sales environment and a track record of achieving targets. Full induction training will be provided.
