Take ownership of our product line

As a Production Operator, you will ensure the safe and reliable delivery of products, manage QC samples according to Baker Hughes standards, and maintain warehouse standards.

You will be responsible for:

  • Performing laboratory analyses to verify product quality and preparing Certificates of Analysis.
  • Sampling products as per operational procedures.
  • Loading and unloading transport carriers based on sales or purchase orders.
  • Supporting ISO9001:2015 certification efforts with the Plant Supervisor and Plant Manager.
  • Coordinating onsite quality control with support and corporate teams.
  • Adhering to HSE standards and policies, including the fundamentals of a safe HSE day.

Qualifications and Skills

  • High School Diploma or GED with forklift experience.
  • Experience in Quality, Logistics, Warehouse, or Inventory Management environments.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to implement improvements.
  • Teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Computer proficiency, especially with MS Office.
  • Physical ability to handle heavy products.
