About NAPA:

At NAPA Centre, we offer world-renowned paediatric therapy services that embrace each child's differences and work with them to overcome their unique challenges. Our allied health professionals develop individualised intensive therapy programs with a wide range of speech, physical, occupational, and other innovative therapies. Each program is tailored to a specific child, meaning no two intensives are exactly alike. Our clients often follow their intensive programs with weekly sessions, allowing our therapists to build strong relationships and provide consistent support.

Before applying, we encourage you to visit our NAPA website to learn more about our services, values, and culture.

About the role:

We have waiting lists of clients and are seeking passionate paediatric speech and language pathologists to join our state-of-the-art clinic. Our team supports professionals from recent graduates to highly experienced speech therapists.

NAPA Centre offers intensive three-week programs (Monday to Friday) utilizing innovative, evidence-based therapy methods and technology from around the globe, complemented by weekly sessions. We have a proven track record of helping children achieve and surpass their goals. Our framework includes multidisciplinary rehabilitation and early intervention, using diverse traditional and non-traditional therapies. Each program is tailored to the child's specific needs, which may include a combination of speech and language therapy, feeding therapy, and AAC training.

About NAPA's culture and benefits:

  • Supportive and experienced multidisciplinary team.
  • Documentation and CPD hours integrated into your schedule, with administrative support so you can focus on your clinical work.
  • Motivated and invested families eager to collaborate and utilize your expertise.
  • Diverse, interesting, and sometimes rare or complex caseloads.
