About the Role

As a Brush cutting Team Member, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing green spaces across our various commercial sites or council-controlled roadsides and open spaces.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, has a keen eye for detail, and takes pride in their work.

Hourly rates are above award and dependent on experience.

  • Brush cutting, herbicide application and light horticulture.
  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment.
  • Assist with other groundskeeping tasks as needed.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and procedures.

About You
  • Previous experience in landscaping, gardening, or a related field is preferred.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, bend, squat, kneel, and stand for extended periods.
  • Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and the sun.
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to completing tasks efficiently and to the highest standards.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
  • Valid Drivers Licence
  • White Card
  • Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain.
