MRAEL is currently seeking expressions of interest for hardworking and eager 2nd to 4th Year Apprentice Boilermakers. Apprentices must be up-to-date with training units.

An eye for detail, a desire to learn, and the motivation to build your skills are essential. This is a great opportunity to learn from skilled tradespeople and gain a nationally recognized qualification.

MRAEL has multiple Host Employers looking to start their next Apprentice

As an Apprentice, you will:

  • Work alongside experienced tradespeople in a supportive, team-based environment
  • Learn to interpret technical drawings, cut and weld metal, and fabricate steel structures
  • Gain hands-on experience with tools, machinery, and workshop safety
  • Attend off-site training as part of your formal apprenticeship program

What we are looking for:

  • A genuine interest in welding, fabrication, and mechanical work
  • A strong work ethic, reliability, and a willingness to learn
  • Driver's license and reliable transport
  • Applicants must be eligible to complete an Apprenticeship in Australia — Australian citizen or resident
