We are partnering with a well-established global financial institution seeking a Relationship Manager to join their high-net-worth (HNW) client advisory team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in financial markets, relationship building, and client lifecycle management to take the next step in their career.

You will serve as a key point of contact for a select portfolio of HNW clients, working closely with internal sales, trading, and research teams to provide tailored financial solutions and maintain long-term, trusted partnerships.

Salary: Up to 100K + Commission

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of high-net-worth individuals by understanding their financial goals, needs, and trading preferences
• Maintain consistent client communication through email, phone, webinars, and occasional in-person meetings
• Conduct onboarding, regular account reviews, and periodic KYC/AML updates as required
• Provide timely responses and accurate market information to ensure exceptional client satisfaction
• Collaborate with internal departments (Sales, Trading, Marketing, Research) to deliver a seamless client experience
• Identify upsell and referral opportunities and help convert inbound leads into long-term accounts
• Contribute to marketing efforts through occasional writing of short commentaries, client webinars, or podcasts (with support)
• Track and meet performance KPIs and compliance standards

What You'll Bring

• 2+ years of experience in relationship management, client advisory, or sales within the financial services industry
• A track record of meeting KPIs and client satisfaction targets
• Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken)
• High attention to detail, especially around data accuracy and follow-up
• Ability to multitask, prioritize workstreams, and maintain a high level of professionalism

Nice to Have

• Prior experience working with trading platforms or wealth products (e.g., FX, equities, derivatives)
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
• Understanding of client lifecycle management and financial regulations
