Responsibilities
  • Ignite a love of learning in children, guiding their development with purposeful and energetic teaching practices.
  • Build strong, meaningful relationships with families, ensuring every child feels a profound sense of belonging and is supported to thrive.
  • Mentor and inspire educational practices in your room, collaborating with our centre leadership team to develop, review, and implement high-quality early learning programs.
  • Contribute to achieving outstanding outcomes for children through effective program delivery.

Requirements
  • Bachelor of Early Childhood or equivalent qualification (ACECQA approved)
  • Current QLD Working with Children Check and First Aid qualification
  • In some states teacher registration may be required – include if relevant
  • State-specific notes: ACT – Registration voluntary; NSW – active accreditation with NSW Education Standards Authority; NT – Registration not required; QLD – Registration voluntary if eligible; SA – active registration with TRB SA; VIC – active registration with VIT; WA – active registration with TRB WA; TAS – Registration not required
