Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and team-oriented individual to join the Ballarat Grammar Property and Services team as a Qualified Gardener. This role involves designing, constructing, and maintaining various gardening projects across all school campuses.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements
  • Extensive knowledge of garden and lawn maintenance principles
  • Excellent understanding of plant types, trees, and lawn installation and maintenance
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety procedures, including chemical use
  • Ability to work effectively within a team
  • Problem-solving skills with a solution-focused mindset
