About the role

We are seeking Allied Health professionals to join our friendly and close-knit team at our sites. These roles will primarily assist with leave cover and provide extra support when needed.

Your focus will be :

  1. Assess and design treatment programs for residents to improve or maintain their current level of physical function.
  2. Provide group exercise classes and develop individualized programs to meet residents' needs in accordance with ANACC standards.
  3. Conduct mobility assessments and monitor outcomes continuously.
  4. Ensure accurate assessments and documentation are completed, with timely handover to nursing and care staff.

About you

You are an enthusiastic, motivated, self-starter eager to develop a career in aged care. To be considered, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in an appropriate Allied Health field with current AHPRA registration.
  • Expertise in assessment and the ability to design and deliver suitable treatment programs.
  • Proven ability to liaise effectively with managers, residents, clinical, and administrative staff.
  • High-level computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • The ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Availability to work a minimum of 2 casual days per week.
