Facility Manager - Aged Care - Relocate to Bendigo
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Facility Manager to join a medium sized home based in Bendigo.
About the Role:
The Facility Manager will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of exceptional care to residents while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards and fostering a positive work culture among staff members.

- AHPRA Registration is essential for this position.
- Minimum 3 years experience within a leadership position in Aged Care.
- Experience with change management essential

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to effectively manage resources, budgets, and operational processes.
- Demonstrated commitment to resident-centered care and continuous quality improvement.
