Glue Store is looking for a Third In Charge Sales Assistant to join our team at the Emporium storeThe Role & Responsibilities:
- Provide memorable and unrivalled customer experiences at all times
- Prioritize customer needs and deliver exceptional service
- Engage in fun and creative selling approaches
- Assist customers with queries, processing sales, returns, and gift vouchers
- Support Department Managers and share product knowledge with customers
- Escalate customer complaints to management appropriately
- Contribute to a team that values itself and its members
- Empower team members to be accountable and own their results
- Maintain a positive attitude and energetic work environment
- Learn from experiences and celebrate team wins
- Work under the guidance of the Store Manager to achieve KPIs and targets
- Assist with opening and closing procedures
- Experience in driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service
- Natural leadership qualities to inspire and motivate the team
- Passion for fashion and attention to detail
- Strong leadership, motivation, and aspirational attributes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and expectations
- Enthusiasm for the Glue brand and culture
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
