Glue Store is looking for a Third In Charge Sales Assistant to join our team at the Emporium store
The Role & Responsibilities:
  • Provide memorable and unrivalled customer experiences at all times
  • Prioritize customer needs and deliver exceptional service
  • Engage in fun and creative selling approaches
  • Assist customers with queries, processing sales, returns, and gift vouchers
  • Support Department Managers and share product knowledge with customers
  • Escalate customer complaints to management appropriately
  • Contribute to a team that values itself and its members
  • Empower team members to be accountable and own their results
  • Maintain a positive attitude and energetic work environment
  • Learn from experiences and celebrate team wins
  • Work under the guidance of the Store Manager to achieve KPIs and targets
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures

  • Experience in driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service
  • Natural leadership qualities to inspire and motivate the team
  • Passion for fashion and attention to detail
  • Strong leadership, motivation, and aspirational attributes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
