Title: Early Childhood Educator (Diploma), Permanent - 2 positions available

Salary Range: $74,312.80 to $86,363.83 per annum + super (subject to skills and experience)

Note: Northern Beaches Council has secured Retention Grant funding to support wage increases for eligible early childhood education positions. For the duration of this funding, the adjusted salary range will be $80,907.93 to $93,106.09.

Responsibilities
  • Develop, plan, and implement a quality program that reflects the Early Years Learning Framework.
  • Contribute to the effective delivery of Early Learning Services by supporting colleagues, sharing ideas and information, and working collaboratively.
  • Create a stimulating environment to foster and support children's development.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with children, families, educators and the community.
