Overview

Store Manager | BRAS N THINGS | Burwood – Bras N Things. This is a full-time position at 38 hours/week.

Responsibilities
  • Leading by example to drive exceptional customer experiences and help the team deliver on budgets and KPIs
  • Succession planning your team to ensure they can progress into their next opportunity when the time comes
  • The execution of Visual Merchandising in-store and the ability to use your own discretion to make commercial decisions
  • Understanding of Stock Management processes and ability to prioritise tasks
  • Previous experience coaching and providing on-the-spot feedback with your team
