Freyssinet Australia is seeking a motivated and technically minded Site Engineer to join our Remedial Division in NSW. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent engineering graduate to gain hands-on experience across complex remedial projects in infrastructure and façade works.

About the Role

As a Site Engineer, you will support project delivery teams across various remedial construction sites in NSW. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for problem-solving, construction, and learning in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

You will gain exposure to structural remediation, façade repair, concrete repair, and other specialist techniques while working alongside experienced engineers and project managers.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordination, and execution of remedial projects
• Support site activities to ensure quality, safety, and schedule are maintained
• Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams
• Assist with project reporting and documentation using systems like Workbench
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Engineering degree (Civil, Structural, or related)
• Strong interest in construction and remedial works
• Willingness to travel within NSW as required
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
