Business Support Officer

We are seeking to establish a pool of Business Support Officers for permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies that may arise during the 2025 school year and up to the end of Term 3, 2026. Appointments may be offered at any time for vacancies that commence during this period.

Beenyup Primary is an Independent Public School in Byford, WA, catering for children from Kindergarten to Year Six. The school opened in 2020 and is located in the growing town of Byford. The name Beenyup acknowledges the original Noongar name of Byford and means "place of water."

Join our dynamic team supporting the Principal with executive assistance and event coordination. Provide key support to the Manager Corporate Services in financial management, staff training, asset management, and administration functions including marketing. Suitable applicants should have proven experience with Compass event management and strong organisational skills.

You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. The ideal applicant will be a team player with a positive attitude and a passion for working in a team-oriented culture.

• Demonstrated sound conceptual, analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to identify appropriate solutions.
