Waverley Christian College is a forward thinking and culturally diverse Christian co-educational school from Kinder to Year 12. We have been providing students with a quality Christian educational experience for over 45 years. With campuses in Wantirna South and Narre Warren South, Waverley Christian College has an enrolment of over 2400 students with 400 staff across both campuses in 2025.

The Narre Warren South Campus is seeking a part-time (FTE 0.8) Year 6 Primary Teacher to commence Term 4, 2025 (6 October). This is a parental leave replacement contract through to the end of Term 2, 2026. However, the College is open to the contract concluding earlier, at the end of 2025, based on the candidate's preference. While the position officially begins in Term 4, there are opportunities for Casual Relief Teaching during Term 3 for interested applicants.

The successful applicant must:

• Be a qualified teacher and hold a current registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT)
• Have current First Aid qualifications and Anaphylaxis Certificate or be willing to obtain these prior to commencement.
• Be able to show a commitment to the values and ethos of Christian education.
• Be willing to get involved in all aspects of the College's programs and opportunities.
• Have high level communication and interpersonal skills.
