You'll play a key role in supporting their finance operations across payroll, compliance, reporting, and business partnering, while working alongside people united by purpose, drive, and community.

The Role

  • Preparing monthly cash flow forecasts, BAS, FBT, and other compliance requirements
  • Managing payroll processes, including reconciliations and statutory obligations
  • Driving the month-end process - balance sheet reconciliations, general ledger maintenance, fixed assets
  • Supporting quarterly and annual reporting requirements to governing bodies
  • Providing financial guidance to stakeholders across the business, ensuring best practice processes and controls
  • Assisting with audits, statutory accounts, and ad-hoc finance projects that add value

Your Profile

  • Accounting degree and professional qualification (CA / CPA - completed or in progress)
  • 3-4 years' experience in a similar role within a dynamic, fast-paced environment or public practice
  • Solid Excel and accounting system skills (Dynamics 365 and CRM experience desirable)
  • A problem-solver with a proactive, collaborative, and organized approach
  • Someone who takes ownership, meets deadlines, and enjoys helping others succeed
