McCosker Contracting are seeking applications from experienced Light Vehicle Mechanics to join our team in Gladstone, Queensland.

McCosker Contracting are committed to maintaining a safe and productive workforce and as such we are seeking expressions of interest for the following role from individuals who have a strong attitude towards safety and a solid work ethic.

Pre-Requisites of the Role:
  • Trade Qualification (Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology or equivalent)
  • Diagnose, service, and repair light vehicles as well as light trucks, buses, and prime movers
  • A/C license & electrical experience highly regarded
  • A committed and driven attitude with a strong work ethic
  • Accurately record all works carried out
  • General knowledge of the construction industry, engineering, and environmental principles and relevant legislation/standards
  • A valid driver's license (HR is an advantage)
  • Your own personal tools (specialty tools provided)
  • Construction Card
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment medical & drug and alcohol assessment

  • Weekly pay
