JOB DESCRIPTION

As an Account Executive, you will report directly to the Sales Leader and play a key role in identifying client needs and promoting a range of leading-edge solutions across major accounts and beyond. You will be tasked with understanding client business issues, providing tailored solutions, and fostering long-term relationships with strategic accounts.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • 1-5 years of B2B end-to-end sales experience, including direct experience working with key decision-makers/ C-Level decision makers.
  • Proven track record in business development, account management, and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with senior executives.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a consultative approach to sales.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

SALARY PACKAGE

  • $100K base + $60K Commission, 160 OTE with uncapped commission and aggressive accelerators. Additional benefits and copious incentives.
